Vítězslav Titl is from the Czech Republic. He is an Associate Professor (with tenure) at Utrecht University School of Economics and a Senior Researcher at the Faculty of Law of Charles University.

Vítězslav Titl is also affiliated with CESifo and KU Leuven. His research focuses on public procurement markets and corruption and has been published in leading journals such as American Economic Journal: Applied Economics, Journal of Public Economics, and European Economic Review, among others. He has held visiting positions at Bocconi University, Princeton University, and Pompeu Fabra University. He has also contributed to reports and presented his research at the European Commission, the European Parliament, the OECD, as well as for national governments.
